MINIATURE MUSICAL MAKERS (MMM)
Over the course of a 13-week program, students gain an understanding of theatre and develop a strong sense of appreciation for all aspects of producing a full-scall musical while rehearsing for their own production. The program allows cast members to work and create an ensemble performance while gaining a realistic community theater experience not offered by many venues. This popular Saturday workshop is the perfect place for younger performers to explore acting, music, and dance as they rehearse for a full-scale production on the Villagers Main Stage. Fun, creative, and confidence-building!

VILLAGERS TEEN ENSEMBLE
This Saturday-based training program for high schoolers dives deep into acting, singing, and stagecraft in a collaborative, professional environment. Annual sessions consist of:
- Full director-actor collaboration – participants have the opportunity to collaborate in an ensemble piece that is guided by adult staff and allows room for growth as actors throughout the entire process.
- Process over product – by producing a piece of theatre and telling a story, actors receive new perspectives on theatrical techniques that can help further their career. By placing more emphasis on the rehearsal process, actors will be self-reflective on their journey as actors.
- Professional environment – all actors will be treated and will be expected to follow professional guidelines throughout the rehearsal process.
- Focus on ensemble –under the direction of our adult staff, emphasis will be placed on the creation and execution of ensemble.
