Matilda the Musical tells the story of a brilliant young girl, Matilda Wormwood, who uses her extraordinary intelligence and magical abilities to stand up to the cruel and neglectful adults around her—particularly her awful parents and the terrifying headmistress, Miss Trunchbull.
