Join us for Summer 2021 at the Villagers Theatre!
The Villagers Summer Theatre Arts Program is dedicated to enriching the lives of young performers in the arts through education, innovation, and personal creativity. We seek to inspire individual expression and ensemble teamwork, encourage and foster self-confidence and risk-taking, and provide theatrical experiences and knowledge in acting, music, dance, and design. Our goal is to accomplish this all through the process of putting on a final production at the completion of each session.
Offering THREE Exciting Opportunities!
Showcase Week: Monday, June 21st – Friday, June 25th
Join us for our first week of Summer 2021, “Showcase Week.” Open to campers in going into grades 4th – 8th; this one-week session is focused on building theatre skills including auditioning, song interpretation, improvisational skills, scene work, vocal technique, musical theatre choreography and many more. This week will culminate in a live-streamed showcase where every camper will perform a pre-selected musical theatre piece, monologue, and choreographed musical number. Campers will walk away with materials that they can use to audition for future theatrical productions.
Tuition: $300 for the week; Monday – Friday, 9am – 3:00pm
Session One: Three-Week Production Camp (June 28th – July 17th)
Disney’s CAMP ROCK; Ages 9-16
Tuition: $850; Monday – Friday, 9am – 3:30pm
HALF-DAY Lil’ Vils (Ages 5-8)
Tuition, $400; Monday – Friday, 9am – 12pm
Session Two: Three-Week Production Camp (July 19th – August 7th)
Disney’s CAMP ROCK; Ages 9-16
Tuition: $850; Monday – Friday, 9am – 3:30pm
HALF-DAY Lil’ Vils (Ages 5-8)
Tuition, $400; Monday – Friday, 9am – 12pm
The Three-Week Production Session will immerse campers in the process of staging a scripted musical production. Live-streamed from the Villagers, safety measures will be put in place to safely rehearse and perform the theatrical production. With the production being the vehicle for educational learning, campers will experience auditions, rehearsal techniques, vocal coaching, character study, learning choreography, production design, and much more!
**This registration form is to reserve and secure your spot for Summer 2021. Prior to the beginning of camp, more information will be required (emergency contacts, health questionnaire, etc). Payment information will be communicated at that time as well.
