The Musical of Musicals (The Musical!)

A musical by Joanne Bogart and Eric Rockwell premiered off-Broadway in 2003 at the York Theatre. Musical of Musicals centers on a simple plot about an ingénue who can’t pay her rent, an evil landlord and the handsome leading man who could save the damsel in distress.
The evening then leads audiences through five variations on the plot, as it could have been conceived for the stage by songwriters Rodgers and Hammerstein, Stephen Sondheim, Kander and Ebb, Jerry Herman and Andrew Lloyd Webber.

After the 9:30 show, travel back in time and join us in our Stage Door Canteen for a 1940’s Big Band Era Party. Dance to the sounds of Glen Miller, Tommy Dorsey, Count Basie, as well as modern hits. There will be performances by our own Andrew Sisters, Frankie and Bing’s. Food, Fun, Drinks!!! YOU’RE GONNA PARTY LIKE IT’S 1939!!!
