New Works Series Fairy “Guidemother” FRESH AIR FREIDA engages unhappy, bullied 9-year-old NICOLE through an exciting journey, packed with insights and understanding on the path to self love, acceptance, gratitude, and joy – all done with care, warmth, humor, and occasional musical rap/rhyme elements. Stops like “The Clone Zone”, “Emotion Ocean” and “Gratitude Station”, as well as some very important words about words, and some very revealing Funhouse mirrors, all make for a sensitive, fun, funny, entertaining, yet enlightening and inspiring trip, not only for Nicole and young audiences, but for all.
