This version of our calendar is to allow board members, theatre staff, and production teams view all spaces in use at Villagers. Spaces are reserved according to the below color coding breakdown.
Red = Main Stage
– Purple = Prop Hall
– Orange = Main Stage Storage Space
– Brown = Workshop Dock
Blue = Black Box
– Purple = Black Box Storage Space
Yellow = Dressing Rooms
Green = Rehearsal Room
Light Blue = Lobby
Grey = Space Reservations Unavailable
You may also use the “select calendar” function below to view individual space availability. Please keep ALL SPACES GENERAL selected in order to see when open space cannot be reserved (due to performances, dress rehearsals, building closures, or other functions where multiple events cannot take place).
