For the first time, my daughter performed here for a piano recital for her music school. The seating of the theater is great because there are good views no matter where you sit. However, there is a small lip/step you must cross over to get to the aisle which proposes a minimal risk. Also, there were no assigned seats when purchasing the tickets so it was first-come-first-serve of where people sat. As a result, the crowd pushed aggressively at the theater entrance which also produced a level of risk and uncomfortability. The sound quality of the piano was good. The stage appeared somewhat old and unkept, as there were boxes of storage stuff at the back of the entrance when you enter the theater.
