BABES IN ARMS

All patrons must have a ticket to enter the theater; no children are permitted to sit on laps, in strollers, or in the aisles. If your child is not old enough to sit in a theater seat unsupported, we do not recommend purchasing tickets until they are of age.

A limited number of booster seats are available, free of charge.

AGE RECOMMENDATIONS & CONTENT WARNINGS

We aim to provide details regarding content warnings, show run times, and other information as our productions rehearse and details come together. If you are unsure whether a production may be suitable for your child, we recommend waiting to purchase tickets until exact details can be confirmed.

We are not able to refund tickets purchased prior to any content warnings being published. For questions, email BoxOffice@VillagersTheatre.org.

DRESS CODE

We invite guests to dress comfortably in casual or semi-casual attire. Layers are encouraged as indoor temperatures may fluctuate.

HOUSE OPEN & LATE SEATING

Doors open approximately 30 minutes before performance time, pending extenuating circumstances. All performances begin promptly.

Late seating is determined at the discretion of house management – latecomers may be asked to wait in the lobby until an opportune moment for entry and/or sit in seats other than their ticketed locations to avoid disruption to other patrons.  We cannot guarantee you will be seated in your chosen locations if you arrive late to the performance.

FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY

Aside from designated Villagers photographers/videographers, the taking photographs or video recording during a performance is strictly prohibited.

EMAIL ADDRESSES & VILLAGERS COMMUNICATION

An e-mail address will ensure confirmation of your ticket purchase, and for other special ticket requests.

Ticket holders will receive an email reminder of their performance two days prior. We encourage sharing your e-mail information with us to stay up-to-date.

We will not sell your email address to third parties. We will email you to market future productions unless you unsubscribe.
